The main role of the Manager will be to achieve the investment objective as set out in the Prospectuses on behalf of the Funds for the benefit of the unitholders. The Manager will perform its duties, under the supervision of the Trustee, through its Investment Committee according to the guidelines set out by its board of Directors.

The Manager, with the Trustee’s approval, has appointed MCB Registry & Securities Ltd as the Registrar of the Funds. The main duty of the Registrar will be to keep and maintain the register of unitholders and to process all subscriptions and redemptions in a timely manner.

The Trustee will hold the assets of the Funds in trust for the unitholders. Its main duty is to ensure that the Manager acts solely in the interests of the unitholders of the Funds jointly and for the benefit of each unitholder severally.
